No really, theyre pretty neat! And durable and strong..my boyfriend's feet are pretty big. I think size 11 in men? Anywho, his heels didnt fit like hardly at all. These stretch and dont break. Stickers stick amazing too. I twist the plastic to make it tighter and tape the tabs and twists down but these all work! I put hemp oil on him for pain and these help soak in like a charm

I don't use these for paraffin dips. I mix a few dashes of Tea Tree oil with Aquaphor, slather my feet, slide my tootsies into these and then into fuzzy socks and chill out for an hour or more (don't try walking around in these!). Since moving to the desert, my feet have completely changed. Doing this regimen has definitely helped!

material is very thin. barely fits size 11 mens. suggest going with heavier style.
