the bristles are plentiful. over time, I know this will be effective to regenerate my scalp...but I think we must use it carefully, and gently. the bristles do not have any give to them, they are not soft. I won't be using a lot of pressure but i will use it on a weekly basis to cleanse the scalp and encourage blood flow.

I think these are great little hairbrushes in situations where space is a premium. More for men than thick ladies hair. I have more than once forgotten hairbrush when traveling. These can be tucked in a briefcase, toilet kit, pocket etc as back-up. A lot of use for me
