Your pumps don’t work

Bought 3 pack of black refillable bottles. 2 of the 3 pumps don’t work. I actually like the bottles but if I continue to not hear anything from you about sending me new pumps, I will be returning them.

I can’t get the pump to pop up. These do not pump.  Please help.
