Order confirmation???

Hi,

I still haven’t received an order confirmation for the order I placed last Monday and my contact request via the contact form on the website hasn’t been answered either… when will my order be shipped or am I being scammed?
The money has been deducted from my account but no information on the order so I am getting a little frustrated by now.

I’m having the exact same issue. I ordered a diffuser on 20 January, never got any confirmation. It has now been three weeks, two emails and one phone call and still no reply and no diffuser!

Hello,

I am having the same problem. I put in an order for a diffuser on the 15th of January 2021 and I have yet to receive any kind of order confirmation. I have sent a DM on Instagram, and 2 separate emails. All of which have been ignored. Conveniently enough, I have received the email from PayPal confirming the payment of the order. May I please get an explanation?
