      Hello,

      I put in an order for a diffuser on the 15th of January 2021 and I have yet to receive any kind of order confirmation. I have sent a DM on Instagram, and 2 separate emails. All of which have been ignored. Conveniently enough, I have received the email from PayPal confirming the payment of the order. May I please get an explanation?

      Would you like to tell us your order ID? You can also login into our website to check your order status.
      When is” proessing “, that means warehose are preparing items and arrange shipment.
