I am writing to you regarding my order # 407-6953636-3641158, which I received on 6/07/2024.
Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I noticed that one of the two perfume bottles I ordered is missing the spray nozzle. This makes it impossible for me to use this bottle properly.
Could you please let me know how to proceed to receive a complete bottle or a replacement nozzle as soon as possible?
