Can I put a makeup liquid water in it to use on my face?

Since these seem to be so fantastic for ‘misting’, i’m wondering why or if i could possibly put a liquid water based makeup in it to use on my face?

It would depend on how fluid and viscous the liquid is; Any sticky thing might clog nozzle.
