I purchased a Bathroom tray off of Amazon, and it is missing a felt piece from one of the four posts. Could you please send us a replacement post for the tray. We want to avoid going through the process of returning it and replacing it. However, if you cannot replace the component, we will be forced to return and replace the entire bathroom tray.
